Aviva launches Fast Trade app

Aviva has introduced an iPad app to Fast Trade, its trading platform providing brokers with the facility to ‘quote and buy’ online in less than five minutes.

The app was created following feedback from brokers and gives them the ability to offer a personalised quote when they are out of the office or visiting clients. Sam Hudson, intermediary operations director at Aviva, says: “Fast Trade already offers 13 commercial auto-rated products online and the feedback from brokers has been fantastic. Clearly we are creating the right sorts of products and functionality that they need. ur aim is to be at the forefront of the commercial online market so developing the app was the next logical step to providing access to quicker, slicker trading online. This follows on from Aviva’s brilliant achievements last year where we won awards for technological innovation and already we have had a really positive response from brokers using the app.”

Fast Trade has almost 15,000 registered users, enabling brokers to quote and buy with full cycle functionality from quote to renewal, instant access to documentation and a fast-tracked referral process within one hour.
