CyberSecurity Live: an FStech conference

Tuesday 3 November 2020
Hosted Online

Global instability - from trade wars to pandemics - has dominated the threat landscape in 2020, bringing with it opportunities for cyber criminals; be they state-sponsored or in their parents' basement.

Companies have struggled to keep personal data safe across on-premise and cloud storage, with siloed legacy systems adding to the compliance headache. And with remote working now the norm, it's imperative that good cyber security culture and training are in place across a disparate workforce.

With all of this in mind, FStech presents the second annual CyberSecurity Live conference, bringing together experts from key institutions, regulators and government - along with the leading tech firms - to debate these pressing issues and more.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year's event has been switched to online-only, but there will still be the same range of keynote speeches, interactive demonstrations and lively panel debates - just from the comfort of your own home.

We'll be assessing the current state of financial services cyber security preparedness and answering the biggest questions facing those in charge of protecting their organisations. You’ll learn how to cut through the hackers' jargon, hear from watchdogs and trade bodies about how they’re working to prevent attacks, and get a peek at the latest software and hardware innovations to keep your reputation intact.

The full agenda is still being finalised, but we’ve announced the first batch of speakers, including: ClearBank Chief Information Security Officer, Daniela Somerscales; National Police Chiefs’ Council Cyber Crime Lead, Peter Goodman; Tandem Bank Head of Information Security, Inga Schorno; Brit Insurance Senior Underwriter, Adelle Gruber; and Starling Bank Chief Technology Advocate, Jason Maude.

Register to attend virtually and stand the chance of winning an Apple Watch at the end of the conference! Apple Watch prize will be posted to the winner. DELEGATES MUST BE ONLINE DURING THE CONFERENCE TO QUALIFY FOR THIS DRAW.
