Revolut’s banking app faced major issues during Black Friday last week, with some customers unable to sign in, make card payments and transfers, or top up their cards.
On Friday afternoon, the company tweeted: “Hi, there are currently issues affecting our app functionalities. We’re already working to have this resolved as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience!”
Later in the evening the digital bank assured customers that most of the issues had been fixed.
However, it said that if anyone was still experiencing issues they should report them to its in-app support team.
