Starling hires new customer experience lead

Starling hired a Vikki Williams as its new customer experience officer.

Williams will be responsible for leading operations and improving customer experience at the digital bank.

Joining from Nationwide, Williams has knowledge of a number of areas including onboarding, customer service, and fraud.

She has 24-years’ experience in the industry, all of which has focussed on leading operations and boosting customer experience.

Last week Starling announced plans to expand across Europe during the first half of next year.

Subject to regulatory approval, the UK digital bank hopes to make its Banking as a Service (BaaS) solution available in the European Union, including France, Germany, The Netherlands, and Spain.
