Tyl by NatWest launches payment service for FSB members

NatWest Group has partnered with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) to offer members access to its payment service.

Tyl by NatWest, which is a payment partner for UK SMEs, will give FSB members access to sales data, provide QR codes to deliver quicker payments, and allow businesses to take payments online or over the phone.

The new service is subject to eligibility criteria.

The FSB and NatWest have previously collaborated on initiatives to support small businesses, including in 2020 when the two organisations set up an SME taskforce during the pandemic.

NatWest also announced last year a new £1million partnership with FSB to provide NatWest business customers with access to independent support and education to help with the cost-of-living crisis through webinars and phone calls.

“Small businesses are critical for our economy and our communities,” said Mike Elliff, chief executive of Tyl by NatWest. “At a time where the cost of trading is rising for small business owners, Tyl by NatWest is delighted to be able to partner with FSB to provide its members with a full range of cost-effective and reliable payment solutions, backed by great service.”
