first direct is giving customers the chance to comment upon its credit card redesign ideas. This is being done via first direct Lab, its crowdsourcing platform populated with content such as product designs, service innovations and website concepts.
The designs address five key areas of change, based on customer feedback provided last year. first direct is now inviting general feedback on the designs and has included some closed questions “so we can get a clear view on some of the options available to us before roll-out of the new cards.”
