True Potential platform assets reach £1bn mark

True Potential Investments now has £1 billion-worth of assets under management, two years on from the launch of its Wealth platform. The company has also announced new strategic partnerships with three investment managers, Allianz Global Investors, Cazenove Capital and Goldman Sachs Securities.

Mark Henderson, True Potential senior partner, says: “We are delighted to have reached £1 billion on the platform, which we have achieved via organic, sustainable growth, but have no intention of stopping there. This is an exciting time for True Potential and for our industry as a whole. RDR has happened, we’ve all got on with it, and there are huge opportunities out there to find and advise new investors. Everywhere you look there are people with money tied up in the wrong product, such as cash ISAs that are being outstripped by inflation. This is either due to convenience or just being unaware of the poor rate of return but there is a huge role for IFAs to get out there and guide people in the right direction. We are confident that, with our single integrated system and the new V6 that will be launched shortly, that we can provide them with the tools needed to ensure they can do exactly that.”
