Temenos is today launching LiveDesigner at Finovate Europe. The conference, which showcases financial and banking technology innovations, is being held on 12 and 13 February at Old Billingsgate Market, London.

This is an editor within edgeConnect, the company’s user experience platform. The company says that it will provide customers with a major breakthrough in real-time web application development. While an application is running, it can be used to edit and review pages, with the changes seen immediately.

edgeConnect was launched to enable customers to develop once and deploy many times across different channels and devices. LiveDesigner aims to take this to the next level with changes to the UI made just once, and automatically reflected in each channel. Mark Winterburn, Temenos group product director, says: “LiveDesigner is a major new development and will allow financial institutions to react to customer demands in near real-time, bringing product updates to market much more rapidly.
