Tandem Bank all about Agiliti

Tandem Bank is to implement Fiserv’s hosted SaaS Agiliti platform. The digital challenger bank, set up by Ricky Knox, formerly of international money transfer service Azimo and Matt Cooper, co-founder of Capital One, lines up alongside the likes of Atom, Starling and Mondo as it looks to take a bite out of the UK retail banking market. It was given the green light by the Bank of England late last year and will offer current accounts, credit cards, savings and loans.

Tandem will also customise its front-end mobile capabilities with Fiserv’s mobile banking solution – Mobiliti, as part of its drive to offer digital products that help customers manage their finances quickly and effortlessly in a way which suits them. “Tandem Bank will be a highly disruptive player in the banking world, with a sharp focus on helping to improve people’s lives by providing tools and services that provide more control and visibility to their personal finances,” says Knox. “We are in a critical phase for the business as we fine tune our launch plan, ensuring what our customers want is at the forefront. We look to Agiliti from Fiserv to provide a first-class technology platform as we focus on serving up the best user experience possible.”
