Paragon unveils CaseTracker app

Paragon Mortgages has launched a case management solution for brokers. The app has been designed by iState Systems and follows on from the launch of its broker portal, which it introduced for lenders last month

CaseTracker is available for iPhone and iPad users, with an Android version coming shortly. Based upon the Apprivo platform, it enables brokers to manage their Paragon Mortgage and Mortgage Trust buy-to-let applications on the move. Barry Yager, founder and director of iState Systems, says: “Paragon was very keen to expand its proposition by providing its brokers with a quicker, easier and more transparent way of doing business with them, so we designed the CaseTracker app in such a way that brokers can complete a case or move it along even when they are out of the office. The smartphone is something we almost all carry with us all of the time, and so this portal makes it easy for a broker to see where they are with a case, what is needed to move it along and, importantly, it also enables them to send information and take action simply and quickly with the touch of a button on their mobile.”

Paul Clampin, director of underwriting at Paragon, says: “Most brokers are handling different mortgage applications at the same time, so we have worked with iState Systems to make it as easy as possible for them to keep completely up-to-date on case progress even when they are on the move and without the need to be linked up to a laptop. iState’s technology enables us to update brokers in real-time through CaseTracker, so they know the progress of individual applications and any outstanding tasks whenever they need it. CaseTracker enables intermediaries to view a case by account name or in order of outstanding tasks per application, they can see all current open tasks allowing intermediaries a quick and easy review of what needs to be done, what’s pending or what’s completed. It will also keep them up to date with information from the Paragon team, and allows them to respond or send additional details through to us.”
