Metro Bank has announced the launch of its fully-upgraded commercial online banking platform, which features new technologies to enhance and streamline the online experience for customers.
Organisations with subsidiaries will now benefit from the UK challenger bank’s single customer view dashboard, designed to help businesses view all of the companies they own on one screen, with the option to easily toggle between each.
The upgraded search facility has been designed to provide clients with on-demand access to their transaction history, while payments limits and levels of verification can be customised for individual users – from self-authorisation, up to a two-manager verification and authorisation sign-off process.
