Salford Software has commenced a three year contract to provide an Identity Management (IDM) managed service for Mazars. This will see the accountancy practice save a six-figure sum initially across six countries and 6,000 of its 13,000 global employees.
Salford Software will be responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining the system from the UK whilst providing Mazars with incident and problem resolution and management via a help desk. The identity management software provides a single identity and sign-on for each Mazars employee across the many departments and offices, provisioning or de-provisioning access to each system, including the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, based upon who they are and their role within the organisation.
