LogRhythm closes $50 million financing round

Security intelligence firm LogRhythm has closed a $50 million round of new investment, which will accelerate its global expansion and extend its investment in innovation.

The funding round was led by existing investor Riverwood Capital, with additional participation from Adams Street Partners, Siemens Venture Capital, Delta-v Capital and members of the LogRhythm management team. New investors EDBI, Exclusive Ventures and Silver Lake Waterman also participated.

Andy Grolnick, president and CEO of LogRhythm, noted: “We are very pleased to continue our partnership with our existing investors while also making room in an over-subscribed round for several new investors who can help our ongoing international expansion.”

LogRhythm provides organisations in the FS sector and other industries with a security intelligence and analytics platform to detect and respond to cyber threats.
