Kiatnakin Bank is to undertake a voice recording replacement programme across its branch network in Thailand. It has teamed with Red Box who will handle a phased installation over the next three years at 83 sites, as well as becoming the approved partner for any new branches or corporate requirements.
Red Box was selected based on its ability to provide a complete solution that offered transparent costing, reduced operating costs and aligned with the company's future telecommunications strategy. The new solution will integrate with Kiatnakin Bank's existing Alcatel telephony system. All call data will be archived centrally on media servers located at the bank's headquarters in Bangkok. Meanwhile, ongoing operational support and maintenance will be provided by TCS, Red Box's local partner in Thailand, via its nationwide network of 27 offices.
Will Hopkins APAC regional director at Red Box Recorders, says: "We are working closely with Kiatnakin Bank to ensure we meet their technical, commercial and operational requirements and we look forward to developing the relationship further. There are significant growth opportunities within Asia Pacific and we are well placed to become partner of choice within the financial services sector based on our ability to provide a solution that offers unrivalled simplicity, resilience and value."
