Baines and Ernst increases bandwidth/decreases costs

Exponential-e is providing Baines and Ernst with high-speed business internet.

The connection runs over Exponential-e’s 100 GigE core network and will provide the foundation for Baines and Ernst to add additional services across the same connection, such as SIP trunking, VoIP and datacentre connectivity. The company, which specialises in debt management plans, had been paying significantly more for its old connection. It says that it has been able to increase its bandwidth to 100 Megabits per second and make substantial savings.

Martin Gore, IT infrastructure manager at Baines and Ernst, says: “The additional bandwidth that Exponential-e is providing allows us to conduct transactions much faster than was previously possible. The substantial savings and reliable performance provided by this service upgrade also enables us to put resources into our core business and continue doing what we do best: helping people find their way out of debt.”
