Engagement & Loyalty shortlist announced

Lloyds Banking Group, LV= and Schroders are among the financial services companies shortlisted for 2016’s Engagement & Loyalty Awards, run in partnership with FStech.

Back for their second year, the awards recognise the innovators and leaders who are creating engagement and loyalty across the financial services, retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.

“A surge in entries this year is a reflection of the growing influence and importance of the fast developing world of engagement and loyalty, where the transactional customer is being replaced by the avocational customer,” said Mark Evans, FStech’s publishing director.

“Congratulations to all organisations that made the shortlist. Those who did not quite make the list can still feel pride in putting themselves forward, knowing that they were up against some very powerful entries. Thank you all for entering, and making these awards possible.”

The full list of finalists can be viewed here.

The winners will be announced at the Engagement & Loyalty Awards gala dinner and ceremony on 19 May, at the Millennium Hotel in Mayfair, London.
