Oracle starts FinTech monetisation program

Oracle and B-Hive have jointly launch a fast-tracked monetisation ecosystem program for mature startup and scale-up FinTechs, called Fintech ScaleUp, following their Fintech Innovation Program collaboration in July.

Registration opens today and the program will start in January, when Oracle and B-Hive select 15 startup or scale-up FinTechs in two program sessions taking place in Brussels and London.

The six-week, fast-tracked monetisation program drives companies to discover a joint business model with Oracle, earn a proof of concept and enter one of the existing models on Oracle Cloud, where customers can get access to their products and services.

Oracle and B-Hive will select the most promising startup or scale-up FinTechs, which they believe have the highest potential of becoming a top-tier company. The focus will be on open banking, fraud detection and data monetisation.

B-Hive’s executive chairman Fabian Vandenreydt commented: “Leveraging Oracle platform and cloud expertise, and market presence in corporates and financial institutions will bring the best FinTech scale-ups to the market as part of the Oracle Cloud Portfolio.”
