UK insurer Hastings Direct has chosen to implement InsuranceSuite from Guidewire as its new technology platform.
The firm will use the solution’s software modules for the management of its underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, rating and client data.
David Walker, director of risk and business services at Hastings Direct, said: “We are confident that InsuranceSuite is the right technology to support our customer and commercial objectives, in addition to growing our business sustainably and securely.”
Keith Stonell, managing director of Guidewire EMEA, added: “We look forward to working with Hastings Direct as a long-term partner as it transforms its operations while maintaining its special relationship with customers.”
