Entries are now open for the FStech Awards 2027, with financial institutions, FinTechs and technology providers across the UK and EMEA invited to put their most innovative projects, products and people in the spotlight.
Now in their 27th year, the FStech Awards are widely recognised as one of the financial services technology sector's most prestigious awards programmes, celebrating the organisations and individuals transforming banking, payments, insurance, lending, wealth management and financial services through technology.
The awards recognise excellence across a broad range of disciplines, from artificial intelligence, cloud computing and cybersecurity to payments, operational resilience, digital transformation, customer experience and financial inclusion. Categories also honour outstanding technology providers, startups and senior technology leaders, ensuring organisations of every size have the opportunity to be recognised.
The 2027 programme features 38 categories, including Best Use of Artificial Intelligence in Financial Services, GenAI Application in Financial Services, Anti-fraud Solution of the Year, Cloud Innovation of the Year, Operational Resilience Award, Best Use of Embedded Finance and Open Banking, Technology Provider of the Year, Startup of the Year and CTO/CIO of the Year.
Entries can be submitted through the FStech Awards website, with the deadline for submissions set for 15 October 2026. A single entry fee allows organisations to submit across multiple categories, giving entrants the opportunity to showcase innovation wherever they are making an impact.
An independent panel of expert judges will assess each submission, with the shortlist announced ahead of the prestigious awards ceremony, where the industry's leading innovators will come together to celebrate excellence in financial services technology.
The winners will be revealed at the FStech Awards gala dinner, one of the financial services technology industry's flagship networking events. Bringing together senior leaders from banks, building societies, insurers, FinTechs and technology providers, the black-tie evening offers guests the opportunity to celebrate the sector's biggest achievements while reconnecting with peers from across the industry. The event features a drinks reception, three-course gala dinner, awards presentation hosted by a special guest, and after-party entertainment, making it an evening that combines recognition, networking and celebration.
Jonathan Easton, group editor of FStech, said: "Every year, the FStech Awards shine a spotlight on the innovations shaping the future of financial services. From established banks delivering large-scale transformation programmes to ambitious FinTechs challenging the status quo, the awards recognise the people and organisations making a real difference.
"If your team has delivered an outstanding project, developed a groundbreaking product or achieved measurable results over the past year, we want to hear from you. The FStech Awards are an opportunity to gain industry recognition, benchmark your achievements against the very best and celebrate success alongside your peers. We encourage organisations of all sizes to submit their entries and join us for another exceptional year of innovation."
