FStech Awards 2026 launched to celebrate innovation in financial services

The prestigious FStech Awards have returned for 2026, inviting entries from companies that have demonstrated excellence and innovation within the UK and EMEA financial services.

Now in its 26th iteration, the awards aims to recognise groundbreaking achievements across a wide range of categories. Financial institutions and technology providers are encouraged to submit their entries before the deadline of 15 October 2025. The glittering awards ceremony will take place on 12 March 2026 at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.

This year's awards feature 12 new categories, reflecting the rapidly evolving landscape of financial technology. Notable additions include 'GenAI Application in Financial Services ', recognising firms that have embraced generative initiatives. The new ‘Best Technology Provider Collaboration’ category aims to highlight success stories for financial institutions that have partnered with startups and other leading technology firms to meet their digital and innovation goals.

Other key categories include ' AI Ethics and Governance Initiative ', 'Cyber Security Solution of the Year', and ‘Consumer Finance Product of the Year'.

The 'Startup of the Year' category returns to shine a spotlight on visionary new entrants making waves in the FinTech and InsurTech sectors. For more established players, the 'Digital Transformation Project of the Year – Enterprise' will recognise effective initiatives to integrate disparate systems and update legacy technology.

Individual excellence will also be celebrated through the 'CTO/CIO of the Year Award', honouring senior technology decision-makers who have made a significant impact on the industry.
