first direct Lab users in debit card feedback

first direct's crowdsourcing venture has reported on its latest batch of user feedback.

first direct Lab is updated every month with product designs, service innovations and website concepts. Users get the chance to critique the content with feedback going to the product or service teams before release.

The company sought customer feedback on a proposed redesign of its debit card. A message posted on the first direct Lab website noted: "We were incredibly pleased with the response and can report that the majority of Lab users voted to keep the existing debit card design with many suggesting that any changes that we make should be to the credit card. We’re very excited to say that as a result of your feedback we are now planning to keep the existing debit card design and plans are underway for a credit card redesign. We will keep you posted on updates and of course will be looking for your thoughts at the next stage of the project too."
