Voxsmart says it has received significant orders from four of the top six global banks, relating to recording mobile phones. The contracts come from banks wishing to comply with the latest FSA regulations which come into effect on 14 November.

The company also lays claim to over 50 per cent market share of orders placed to date in the UK financial services sector. Paul Manyweathers, business development manager for Voxsmart, says: "The simplicity and effectiveness of our approach to recording mobile phones has been proven during extensive testing carried out in laboratories belonging to some of the largest banks in the City of London. We can deliver a credible, compliant, reliable and cost effective solution with in-house recording and fully hosted options available. The fact that the majority of the UK’s largest financial institutions now use the Voxsmart solution confirms our leading position in the market.”
