The AI opportunity in investment management
Investment, wealth and asset management has arguably lagged behind banking and insurance in terms of technological innovation in recent years, with perhaps less demand from a generally older user demographic for mobile apps and product personalisation.
That appears to be changing though, as a wider group of users demands better digital service, accelerated by COVID-19 making face-to-face financial advice more difficult.
One of the most crucial underlying issues is the use of customer data. To remain competitive, traditional investment managers must organise their wealth of existing information, often stored in legacy systems and in departmental silos. Once this is done, new artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning techniques can help automate manual processes, give developers and marketers key insights and help with regulatory reporting.
In this webinar, Endava industry experts Lorand Gabos, Vice President for Strategy and Capability Mapping and Jochen Ruf, Delivery Partner are joined by Steve Lawrence, FinTech Data Science Manager at Vanguard, to shed light on the topic through sharing their experiences and insights from tried and tested implementation examples.
