Suraj Rajeev is an enterprise product and platform leader with over 23 years of global experience designing operating models and systems that enable organisations to execute strategy reliably under scale, complexity, and regulatory pressure. He is the creator of UST ResilientOps, an enterprise-grade operational resilience platform aligned to regulatory frameworks such as DORA and the UK Operational Resilience regime.
Currently serving as Senior Enterprise Strategist and Head of ResilientOps at UST, Suraj specialises in institutionalising execution reliability by embedding governance, accountability, and evidence directly into operating platforms rather than treating compliance as a reporting exercise.
