Gerard has spent over 15 years working in financial services. He is an experienced fintech Compliance Leader and former regulator, combining a strong regulatory background with a focus on customers, systems, and controls as well as an emphasis on partnerships to achieve fast and sustainable business growth. Prior to joining Chip, Gerard was Funding Circle’s Head of Compliance (Europe) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and before that, Lead Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority.
