Abantika brings over a decade of diverse experience across product management, strategic decision-making, technical consulting, and business analysis, combining a strong engineering foundation with deep business acumen. She is currently an Associate Director at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where she leads the AI Capability, responsible for defining the organisation’s AI strategy and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.Prior to EBRD, Abantika was with Dyson, where she spearheaded the AI roadmap within the Research, Design, and Development IT (RDD-IT) function and led global oversight of the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) domain, supporting software engineering teams worldwide with a comprehensive suite of SDLC tools.
