Speaker Profile: Anna Webb

Anna Webb is a highly accomplished cybersecurity leader with over two decades of experience spanning IT operations, major incident management, and cyber defence. As Head of Global Security Operations at Kocho, she has been instrumental in establishing and scaling the company’s Security Operations Centre (SOC), delivering identity-driven managed security services to a diverse, global client base.

Since joining Kocho in 2020, Anna has led the development of a cutting-edge SOC, leveraging Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and other leading technologies. Under her leadership, Kocho’s Managed Security Services have grown rapidly, helping organisations detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats with greater resilience and confidence.

Anna’s outstanding contributions to the industry have been widely recognised. She was named a Microsoft Security Changemaker at the 2024 Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) Excellence Awards and is a proud recipient of the Microsoft Power Women in Tech UK Award, honouring her commitment to driving innovation, fostering inclusion, and empowering women in technology.

Beyond her corporate role, Anna is a passionate advocate for cybersecurity education and diversity. She serves as a CyberFirst Ambassador, actively working with schools across Wales to inspire the next generation of cybersecurity professionals and promote greater gender diversity in the tech sector.
