Speaker profile: Ganna Pogrebna
Ganna is the lead for behavioural data science at the Alan Turing Institute. She is an author of a best-selling book for practitioners on cyber security and behaviour. Using an algorithmic approach, Ganna works on hybrid models at the intersection between decision theory and machine learning. Her recent projects focus on smart technological and social systems, cyber security, human–computer interaction and business models. Her work has been published in academic journals and recognised by numerous awards, including the Leverhulme Fellowship Award, the Economic and Social Research Council and the Alan Turing Institute Fellowship Award.
