Speaker profile: Claire MacArthur
Claire MacArthur is Head of Technology, Resilience and Cyber at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), working within its Specialists Directorate. She provides senior leadership across areas central to the UK’s financial system, including operational resilience, cyber resilience and emerging technology. Claire also leads the FCA’s response to major operational incidents affecting the industry and is responsible for implementing the oversight of the critical third parties regime.
Claire has worked for the FCA for 8 years, in a range of leadership roles in Supervision, including Insurance and Consumer Finance. Prior to working at the FCA, Claire held senior roles in local government, working in organisational intelligence, data analytics and public policy.
