Adam Williams is the UK Advisory Lead for Operational Resilience at Capgemini, as well as Lead for Capgemini’s Global Digital Operational Resilience capability.

Adam’s expertise lies in interpretation and implementation of key regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions and supporting transformation across business and technology functions. He specialises in helping clients to take an outcome-centric, design focus, to apply regulatory requirements into practical and proportionate action plans, embedded by clear governance and control frameworks.

Adam has advised Global Banks and Insurers in building a resilience operating model, enhancing Board Oversight, detective, and preventative monitoring, designing contingent processes, undertaking cross-sector testing simulations and managing Third Party ICT Risks. Across all areas he has helped introduce automation, transparency, and predictive capabilities, powered by new technologies, including Generative AI.
