He empowers organisations on how to best design an inclusive product/ service which can be used by all, increasing market share and providing disabled people equal access.

Adi was named in the 2020’s prestigious Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 - a list of 100 of the UK’s most influential people who are disabled or who live with an impairment.
