Speaker profile: Edward Wilde

Edward has over 25 years of experience in building and leading technology teams, delivering critical national infrastructure and innovative software platforms in highly regulated environments. He started his career founding a software company that was later acquired by Palmer Hargreaves and went on to hold senior engineering roles at Microsoft, Rule Financial and Gain Capital before joining Form3 as a founding engineer in 2016.

Since then, Edward has led the development of pioneering multi-cloud architectures for Tier 1 banks and driven the growth of the engineering organisation through multiple phases of scale. As CTO, he is responsible for technology strategy, architecture, development, delivery and platform resilience, ensuring the Form3 remains secure, scalable and reliable for customers worldwide.
