Adi is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Antithesis, where he specializes in the reliability and correctness of software and agentic systems in financial services. He was previously the founder and CEO of Reta Finance, an agentic back office platform for wealth managers, and before that built financial infrastructure in Australia at Xynon and Morrison Securities. He began his career at Bloomberg LP developing compliance solutions and trading systems. Today he helps financial firms find the bugs that cause production outages before the software ships.
