Senior Management Workshop
Course Objective: to offer managers
an understanding of the difference between leadership and management
and a chance to assess their current techniques. Key areas such
as motivation and communication will be re-assessed, whilst a
strong emphasis will be placed on the need to develop long-term
strategies for successful team development.

Time and again, IT projects fail to deliver
not because of the technology, but because of inadequate communication
and leadership. This course is based on individual development and trainer
interaction. At the end of the course each participant will be able to
identify their individual challenges and create plans for how to overcome
them. With better personal understanding participants will be better able
to manage and adapt to others' behaviour to achieve desired outcomes.

Location
The course is run at dedicated training rooms at the Leathermarket, London Bridge, using interactive white boards which provide instant support notes that reflect the exact content of the course. London Bridge and Borough Tube stations are close to the venue, and parking is available at the nearby NCP on Snowfields. Lunch and refreshments are also included in the price.
The Trainer
The course is lead by Bill Osmond. A highly experienced and adsorbing
teacher, Bill has worked with a range of clients, which include INVESCO,
HSBC & Royal Bank of Canada and The London Stock Exchange.
