2012 FStech Awards: shortlist announced

Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Credit Suisse, Nationwide Building Society, RBS and Bank of America Merrill Lynch are among those shortlisted for the 2012 FStech Awards.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday, 28 March 2012 at the Lancaster London Hotel.

"Drawing up the shortlist proved to be a real challenge as we had a record number of submissions, with strong entries across all categories," says Scott Thompson, Editor, FStech. "This is my first FStech Awards and I have to say that I've been really impressed by the standard of entries. I've seen some great examples of how financial institutions are making innovative and effective use of technology in such areas as social media, mobile banking, payments, datacentres, retail banking, risk management and customer service. I'm looking forward to meeting with the judges to decide the winners."
