BBAC goes live with BankFusion Equation

BBAC has installed Misys BankFusion Equation across 38 branches.

The Lebanon-based bank can now develop applications and introduce new products to market more quickly. Within the platform is the BankFusion Service Composer, which enables the bank’s staff to re-use any of the existing functionality and build new processes without the need for complex reprogramming.

“Our mission is to understand the financial needs of our clients and do everything possible to satisfy those needs,” says Sheikh Ghassan Assaf, chairman and general manager at BBAC. “Misys has worked closely with us for many years and has helped us go live with BankFusion Equation in a matter of months, giving us the flexibility to adapt our processes to suit the demands of our customers. We are confident that with BankFusion we will be able to keep ahead of our competitors and provide better service to our customers at the same time as reducing cost/income ratios.”

The next phase in the roll-out will involve the bank’s main two international branches in Cyprus and Iraq.
