Terms and entry criteria
1.A 50 word summary of the submission should be provided for use should the entry be shortlisted

2.Ensure that all relevant material is clearly stated in the 1,000 word submission

3.Two pieces of supporting material may be uploaded with the awards entry for consideration by the judges. This is optional, and for supporting evidence only

4.Please ensure you supply all details as required on the entry form

5.A company logo must be supplied with the submission (300dpi or EPS). This must be the financial institution’s logo, except in the supplier categories where a vendor logo is required

6.Nominations should be for projects launched or completed between 1 January 2011 and 20 January 2012

7.Projects may be entered for more than one category (up to a maximum of three)

8.Any employee from a financial service provider may nominate his/her own information technology manager for the outstanding individual category. Nomination statements must be endorsed by a colleague, and will be kept in the strictest confidence

9.Where candidates nominate themselves, the nomination should be sponsored by two individuals familiar with the candidate’s work on a day-to-day basis
