• The judges decision is final
  
• Finalists will not be told if they have won an award before the awards dinner and gala presentation 
  
• The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate
  
• All entries will be treated as confidential and will only be seen by the judges. However, FST reserves the right to publish positive aspects from winning entries for publicity purposes. Permission will be sought.
